GYTR Yamaha YZ250F/YZ450F Airbox Cover (Expect 1 week)

I contemplated purchasing one for a few weeks, thinking I didn't need it. But when I "deleted" the vent hose above the filter cover, having this made it a lot easier to reroute my vent hose through the filter box. Since then, ive never had to worry about pinching the vent hose and causing vacuum problems

This was a great purchase. It looks good, and most importantly the air flow. Yamaha dropped the ball on that design but XPR picked up the slack. Last this you wanna do is starve you fuel pump and have the possibility of it failing.

Great quality piece. Exactly what I needed because I ride with a bar bag and it would rub on the fuel vent line.

At first I didn’t think it was needed on my 26 yz450 then after not even 2 hour popped the seat off and found the breather kinked up. Kept seeing this on my feed and wasn’t sure about it but it’s about the same price as any other “bling” part that really doesn’t do anything so why not try this that actually does something. Pops right in works great and looks even better! Very happy with it!

Works well

Pricey but I feel a lot better without the kink in my vent hose. It makes it easier to remove and replace the gas cap too since the hose no longer twists while turning the cap.

Love the way how their is 2 o-rings and seals off dirt particles, and you are able to turn the gas cap 360 degrees and the vent hose doesn’t get kinked

I did the second injector, Vortex ECU, header flange on my 2026 KTM350XCF-FE. My bike needs some more hours before its broke in all the way (5 Hours currently) but it does make a noticeable difference off the bottom. The bike pulls so clean and smooth right off the bottom it was deceiving until I rode my 2025 KTM350XCF-FE (25 Hours currently) back to back, which has Vortex ECU, Header Flange, FMF Header Pipe and the difference was noticeable from idle, midrange, top end. Both me and my son rode and drag raced a number of times and the second injector is a strong performer it just feels stronger everywhere. I'm 55 Years old 5'-9" 205lbs and race WORCS, NGPC, Grassroots, Moto and try and ride every weekend. This and suspension is the best upgrades i have made and no longer ride my 450 I am so happy with the 350.

I purchased the Vortex ECU for my 25 KTM 350 XC F to help with the flame outs and throttle response. I just completed my first enduro with the tune and all I have to say is Wow! I could not believe how much it freed up the suspension and made bike much better and less tiring to ride! If you are on the fence about purchasing the tune just do it! It will be different bike and you will get its full potential.

No more kink!

This kit is factory racing quality it installs and fits absolutly perfectly !!
I'm also using the exhaust flange paired with factory head pipe, and silencer.
This kit seriously brings the engine to life while also making it more consistant across the entire rpm range. Bottom end torque has been greatly improved and no longer need to clutch it to get the engine into the mid range. Stalling the engine in tight technical areas is a thing of the past. There is an incrediable increase in power pulling through the mid range all the way to the top. With the additional power and not having to abuse the clutch as much it I have noticed the fan doesn't come on near as much which is a nice added bonus.
I have tried the FMF mega bomb header to match the muffler but found the midrange power comes on way to strong for woods racing.
I highly recommend this kit to anyone wanting additional smooth and controlable power.

Looks clean and solves the problem of kinked vent line

Fixes what yamaha should have I think they had too much sake at lunch when they designed the gas cap vent.

Bike pulled more in higher gears resulting in less downshifts.
