Why Copper Valve Seats?
Valve seats draw heat away from the valves and conduct it into the cylinder head. This is just one benefit on how copper alloys will out perform the stock steel seats. When we install our custom copper valve seats into your high-performance MX bike there are many benefits. Precise port to seat profiling using CNC machining will help improve port flow. Improved valve control by minimizing valve bounce gives you longer valve life and reliability. Multiple valve seat angles help improve gas flow with a smoother transition for these gases into the combustion chamber for more power.

With today's fuel injected and carbureted motorcycles, tuning using our state-of-the-art dynamometer and dyno room gives a controlled environment. With clean circulating air to simulate on-track conditions, this allows repeatability between runs and precise tuning. This is the most accurate way to insure optimal performance out of your motorcycle.
